Visit to Untermeyer Gardens

Mr. Stephen F. Byrns, the President of Untermeyer Gardens Conservancy located in Yonkers, NY, invited Her Imperial Majesty Shahbanou Farah Pahlavi and some guests to a private tour of this, perhaps the greatest Persian Garden in the Western Hemisphere. Included as part of the welcoming committee was Mr. Stephen S. Lash, the Vice-Chair of Untermeyer Gardens.
